January Small Business Highlight

I want to share 10 small businesses that I am excited about coming into the new year! Each of these stores has a different specialty or gift that makes their business so cool. From beauty, to fashion, home, and art there are so many wonderful businesses run by women with incredible passions. Click on their photos to check out their shops/websites. I want to feature 10 businesses every month, so share with me some more places I should get to know for next month!

No. 1 – Morgan Broome

Morgan is an incredibly talented artist who does pet portraits! She has also done some minis and pet apparel ☺️ she has a joyful spirit and an incredible gift for what she does. @_morganbroome_

No. 2 – Bloom Beauty Parlor

Bloom is a sustainable, recyclable, and cruelty free salon in Pittsburgh, PA. They have the cutest shop and the sweetest employees. I would highly recommend checking out their variety of services and products. @bloombeautyparlor

No. 3 – Sarah Wishing Graphic

Sarah is an artist and graphic designer who has some INCREDIBLE line art. I ordered the first gift I got for Luke from her and it’s such a special thing to us to this day. She also created a beautiful mood board for me! Her Etsy shop is something you should see 🙂 @sarahiswishing

No. 4 – Rebel Earth

This little shop has some incredible room sprays and candles. I seriously cannot explain how good these smell. I love the wood wick candles and the thoughtful design of her products. @rebelearthcandles

No. 5 – Fashioned from Dust

Sydney has been creating some beauties of earrings! I love seeing her designs and how her creativity shines through what she does. She has a wonderful eye for design and I wanna buy all of them. @fashioned.from.dust

No. 6 – Emerson Printing and Co.

I love her designs and am SO excited for her upcoming projects! That butterfly she has a variety of projects and pieces on her website!! I absolutely recommend checking it out. @emersonprintingandco

No. 7 – Una Biologicals

This is a shop I usually get to visit at least once a year, but due to covid I never made it there this year. I love walking around the store and smelling or hearing about how everything is made. They have incredible natural products for all different kinds of things ☺️ @una_biologicals

No. 8 – Daisy Cakes

These cake pops are to die for!! Located in Kent, Ohio Daisy Cakes has such a fun and yummy line of treats. You can get them custom made, for an event, or just for fun @daisycakes_cakepops

No. 9 – Homebodies Co.

This is a shop that was recently recommended to me and I am in awe with the talent in each of these pieces! I can’t wait to get one done of my house someday ☺️@homebodiesco

No. 10 – Lunar Rae

Are you obsessed with tie dye?? Because I know I have been. You can find a variety of different items from this shop in a couple of colors! I love how fun and funky her shop is ✨ @lunarraeshop
